ok im 15, 5′5" and only 84 pounds. i need to gain weight. obviously. hateee skinnyness (: anyway…what are some VERY fattening foods i could eat. like big macs or something like that???

My main prob is my legs. theyre so skinny!!!! like only 7 inches across,,,,
and yes iv seen a doctor its genetic HIGHHH MATOBLISMMM. im not sick im not anorexic.

But it’s not necessarily all about fattening foods either. Do a simple BMI calculation to figure out how many calories your body needs a day to maintain weight. Then calculate a plan to eat OVER that amount.
It’s not healthy to gain too much too fast. So you should go see a dietition to figure out a way to do it properly.

try eating just before bed and your body will store the calories as fat.

also try eating energy bars for working out and stuff. theyre meant to bulk up muscles after a workout but if you didnt work out it will turn into fat

Candy, fried foods, etc., however the long term ramifications of the fat building up in your arteries, well it might not be in your best interest. Why not try eating more frequently and choose things like grilled chicken sandwiches with cheese or lean ground beef burgers with cheese, fat from the cheese will help but the lean meat will also help with protein you need for your body. I was really skinny when I was your age as well. I was 5′ 7" and only weighed 102 pounds. As you get older you will naturally gain weight. Best of luck.

Buy mass gainer protein from somewhere like GNC, it’s protein that has loads of calories, buy starches like potatoes and whole milk. if you’re just eating fattening greasy foods you’ll get gross and things like acne will get worse and you’ll start to smell bad. Just figure out simple workouts you can do at home, with medicine balls and small weights, planks, pull-ups, bicep curls, leg lifts, etc. not only will this help you by altering the rate your body absorbs nutrients, you’ll crave complex carbohydrates and food and feel better about eating them, plus you’ll get an amazing body out of it.

I don’t fool anybody.

Eat lot more milky food items.

Eat banana & honey mixing before bad.

you do sleep per day 6 to 8 hour regularly.

you take meals correct timing. you don’t avoid breakfast.

you can increase your eating habits per day 3 to 5.Please avoid oil foods.
